Booking

To make the booking process as simple as possible, we offer four package options designed to suit most film, TV and commercial productions. We also understand that every production has unique requirements, which is why we are happy to provide flexible, tailor-made solutions to meet your specific needs.

Get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss the requirements of your production. We offer discounted rates for multi-day bookings, special pricing for set construction and pre-rigging, as well as the option of loading in equipment the day before your shoot.

* Note regarding Ljud & Bildmedia Transport

The transport means that we are responsible for the pickup and return of the equipment rented from Ljud & Bildmedia as long as all equipment fits in our VW Crafter (2.1 x 2.1 x 4.4 m – 19.4 m3). The vehicle has a tail lift. The equipment is then brought down into the studio by you at the beginning of the rental period and loaded back into the Crafter after the end of the rental period. Let us know if you also want us to ensure that the rented equipment is brought down into the studio, this is normally not included.

Regulations for studio rental

• Electricity and water are included in the rent.
• Parking permits can be pre-booked before the start of the shoot and are invoiced at SEK 50 excluding VAT per 24-hour period and vehicle.
• Cleaning is not included and must be carried out during and after the rental period (can be booked if interested).
• The office is a private area and may not be entered without permission.
• Damage to the premises or equipment will be charged extra, as well as any loss of equipment.
• Painting of floors, walls, etc., is generally always permitted as long as everything is restored within the rental period.
• Crash mats, harnesses, springboards, trampolines, prop weapons, ropes and other rigging equipment from Svenska Stuntgruppen AB are available for hire by arrangement. Please contact us for further information.
• The parking gate is normally locked from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am on weekdays and from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am on weekends. As a studio tenant, you will be provided with a key, giving you access to the parking area outside these hours.
